Meet Nadus Nieuwoudt – Biokineticist
Qualifications: B.Hms (UPE), B.Hons (Biokinetics) (NMMU), MA. HMS (NMMU)

With over 15 years of experience in sports injury rehabilitation, strength training, and conditioning, Nadus Nieuwoudt has dedicated his career to optimizing athletic performance. He has worked with elite athletes, including Olympians and Paralympians, and has played a key role in high-performance rugby, managing rehabilitation and strength programs for Super Rugby and Pro14 teams. His expertise has helped athletes recover, rebuild, and reach new levels of performance.
Passionate about injury prevention and recovery, Nadus focuses on sport-specific rehabilitation and a seamless return-to-performance process—an essential yet often underestimated aspect of athletic success.
Outside of work, Nadus is an avid freshwater fisherman who enjoys the thrill of the catch and the tranquility of nature. When he’s not on the water, you’ll likely find him mountain biking or exploring the great outdoors
Meet Sumari Janse van Rensburg – Biokineticist
Qualifications: B.Sc (Sport Science) B.Sc.Hons (Biokinetics)

Born in Pretoria, Sumari Janse van Rensburg moved to Cape Town at the age of 16, where she completed high school in the Northern Suburbs. She pursued her passion for human movement and rehabilitation at Stellenbosch University, earning a BSc in Sport Science with a specialisation in disabilities. She then completed her Honours in Biokinetics at UWC, graduating with the prestigious Dean’s Merit Award.
Sumari is passionate about helping people from all walks of life achieve their health and fitness goals, guiding them towards becoming the best version of themselves. She thrives on continuous learning and enjoys the ever-evolving nature of biokinetics.
Beyond her profession, Sumari has a deep love for sport. She not only plays Western Province (WP) Action Netball but also coaches, sharing her expertise and enthusiasm with aspiring athletes.
