How long are the consultations and sessions?
Consultations are 60 minutes and sessions are 30 minutes.
What do I wear?
Leisure or gym wear, as you will need to move or do exercise. Don’t forget your gym shoes.
Does the Medical Aid cover my sessions?
We charge Medical Aid Rates. Patients can claim back from their Medical Aid, however it depends on your Medical Benefits.

How do I know which practice I need to go to?
Consultations / Sessions will be booked either at Welgemoed or Pinehurst, depending on which is closer, or most convenient for you. You are welcome to change, should you wish.
